The Man Pendant

Reminder about my Man Pendant

This can be stamped on both sides, the front has a simple pattern encasing your chosen expression. The back is kept pretty plain.

The difference between this and many "stamped" pieces of jewelry that you will find on etsy is the attention to much detail:

The bale opening is hand riveted, by myself, with a gorgeous sterling silver two sided rivet. Each piece is oxidized to give it a more masculine look and feel. The sterling silver chain is also darkended, along with the sterling silver lobster clasp.

The metal is thick and can handle both sides. Usually the front side has the stamped edging, though it can be worn on either side.

I hand stamp each side, and don't use a machine or laser.

This is a custom piece that was sent out last Monday

Also, these 3 stone-set rings were listed this past week :-)

New Rings Listed in my Etsy Shop

Been feeling my pink lately.
It feels dreamy...such a beautiful and ubiquitous color culled from nature. This ring reminds me of a summer flower...a hue filled sunrise...
This is a size 7.5, it is made from Pink Rhodonite, and will make you feel happy every time you wear it. It has some beautiful banding of light greens which as you can see in the first picture. The second picture shows you what the band looks like. It is open, it's not adjustable, but super comfortable to wear.
My makers mark and .925 are marked inside the sterling silver band.
There's a lot of stone and silver in this ring. It's about an inch long and 1/2 inch wide.

This is such a cute and super fun statement ring! Oh it shines!!! (and shimmers!)
Size 5.5
Dreamy druzy in blue to purple hues will mesmerize you. This beauty sits up high and proud. It has a sweet simple round sterling silver band, my makers mark and .925 are on the back of the bezel. I made the  bezel nice and simple because the stone speaks for itself.

Perfect ring for a night out, or a day in the sun. She will love you for it! Or enjoy it as a gift for yourself :-)

This is a puffy pillow shaped green turquoise stone set inside a pretty, serrated bezel. It's surrounded by gorgeous sterling silver which resembles all things green - gently moving in the wind. I've added some leaves on one end, though you can wear it on either side.
A close look at the turquoise stone will show what looks like a tree blossoming out of the ground.
The band is wide, and super comfy! My makers mark and .925 are stamped along the inside.
This is a size 6.5

New Rings To List

Will be listing these 3 rings in my Etsy shop, AutumnLeavesJewelry, later today

I made all of them this past week...I was craving some color

have been finishing a book by Curtis Sittenfeld (a second time read for me...)

I ventured over to our regional library, amazing there was a time and space where no one was present, because it is a very busy place...

Meanwhile Ginger started up her next phase of puppy class and she is doing great. I have an etsy order (custom) to fulfill today so will be busy in my studio for several hours. Later I hope to dig into one of the books I checked out from the library...

Free Shipping to Everywhere

I'm offering free shipping to Everywhere, simply use the code AprilShowers and your total will be automatically adjusted for you

This is a wonderful time for my overseas friends to receive their packages via USPS, through Customs at no cost :-)

In other news I have a super colorful new ring almost-ready to list...I worked on it yesterday morning and later in the evening. This is what my Bench looked like when I was in the process...anyone who says they have a super clean Bench while smithing is very very lucky!

The pollen in my area is really getting to me, Claritin day-time seems to help but I have to stay on top of it. We'll have more rain this weekend, which I'm grateful for.

Ginger seems to be experiencing her Teen Years, she's almost 8 months old and is very Teen-like! Last weekend she unlocked her downstairs crate from the inside and got out, she hasn't succeeded since. Last night I caught her with my cell phone cord in her mouth, she ran up to me with's as if she wants to be caught. (sometimes it's hard not to laugh)

Will get a photo of the new ring up later, it's a lovely pink stone with a nice round turquoise stone also set next to it.

Grand Time at Ratner Museum Ladysmith Art Show

My dad flew in from San Diego and I was over the moon...

I was blessed to meet Liz, who is a wonderful woman and we chat on this blog
(waves to Liz!!!) :-)

My beautiful sis in law Becky brought some friends to the show

Got to meet a not-so-distant cousin, Dayton Shepard and his lovely wife!!!

My friends Joanne and her hubby Kevin attended opening night

It was an incredible experience to show and sell our work in such an awesome museum. The Ratner is located in Bethesda, Maryland. I feel so blessed to be part of this strong group of women known as
The Ladysmiths.

There will be another show next year around the same time, I can tell you that all 10 of us who showed are so thankful for everyone who attended! (and those who helped out!)

I made this earlier this morning in my studio. Everything went so smoothly and I completely lost myself in the was a lovely time. Ginger hung out in her crate chewing on her toys, later I took her on a nice long walk :-)
