How wonderful the thought was to put into that gift. I know from my own experiences that sometimes it is the smallest notion that brings you back to somewhere good - which is why I have always been the gift giver, the letter writer, the one that surprises people. I figure there is just not enough of it in this world -and it takes so little to put a smile on someone's face. So it is my little way of giving back - whether or not it is ever reciprocated. More kind hearted gestures of the selfless kind can only benefit us in life ♥

*runs to Care, knocks her down & rolls her around in the grass*

Hey Care!!!! Hey!!! Hey!!!!!

So sorry about Puddles!!! He was a regal boy who knew how great of a life he'd had with you. I can't imagine how much you both much miss him & how many times you've looked inside a box, out of habit, to look at him. Puddles was deeply loved & cared for while he was here. (((hugs)))

I'm just catching up. Boy have you been busy!! Iced coffee, feathers & etching, oh my!!!!! I'd love to try etching, but too scared to do it without some sort of class or picture tutorial. It seems to involve strong chemicals & something wired to a battery, at least according to what I've been able to read online. I love the bracelet that you made!!!!!!!

I hope it cools down for you a bit tomorrow as it's supposed to do here. We'll see. It wasn't supposed to be so hot here today, but we're going to jack back up the the uppers 90s lower 100s.

The cicadas don't seem to mind though...I think it just makes them louder.

ditto Sal!
Hey! I was wondering who knocked me down and rolled me on the grass! There you are Pam!!! Yes it's how it is now, or we see something moving and think it's him but it's Scrappy, or the storm starts to hit and he runs through our minds, gotta get him in, etc.
Not sure I would have tried it (etching) at a home studio if not for Jodi (The Magpie's Treaure) Recently she had a vent system installed in her studio.

Jaim, gifts come in tangible and non, and good for you for being such a kind person. :-)

Nay, I showed it to my daughter last night and she teared up...oy
