Pic preview of my new Sterling Silver and Turquoise Cuff

here she is...i sure had fun with her...

she's bold...and chunky...(oh dear, I feel like i'm describing myself now...)

It's been a long 2 days. I've got ball markers to mail out tomorrow. They are so special, extra special because of the meaning behind these. I'll have pics up tomorrow morning. I also managed a few other goodies. None will be for sale until I move out what I currently have on sale. :)

Right now I'm going to head over to my book, re-reading 'Tis, by Frank McCourt.

Kitty ears helped me stay focused...(not really, but they did keep my hair back in all this humidity)

just gorgeous!! I love it.. I have been wanting to experiment and try my hand at making some bracelets.. I have some copper and brass sheet.. I found a really cool woven cuff in one of my many jewelry mags.. that doesn't involve any soldering.. want to try it with some cheaper metal..
I'm inspired~

Aww - thanks Care! We are "waiting"...and in the meantime I'm TRYING to add adoption topics to my blog. TRYING is the key word there - as I have only found the courage to add adoption gadgets and not actually BLOG about the topic yet! :)

POW.

You're really hit it here!

This cuff is another stunner for you. Your energy and enthusiasm inspire me to get busy on my own projects and to dive in head first. Thanks, Care!!

I don't think you're chunky at all, my dear. You look great.

My verification word today is rogye.
No hidden meaning there, huh?

Trust me Liz, I'm a chunk! :P But at least I'm swimming laps now! :-)
Hey Tammy I just found you on FB woot!!!
lol Lisa, Kitty got Claws! :P Mew. I need some piggy and puppy ears next.
Caroline! (my father calls me Caroline...but he says it like this...Ca-RO-Liiiiiiiiiiiiiiine) :P thank you. I just purchased (from our local bead store) strands and strands of little round stone beads of yummy colors the earth has produced to add to my upcomin pendants. WEEEE!

Wow, Carolyn, simply gorgeous! Truely a piece to admire:) Bravo!

CarolynArtist said...

Hi SamIAm, thanks so much! :-)

Beads for your UPCOMING pendants--woo-hooo!!!! Guess I'd better get my act together for a custom request then--you do such fun things with beads!!

Prairie update--unseasonably cool. For those of you who are sweltering, consider visiting northern ND in the next few weeks--overnight lows in the 40s next week, highs in the low 70s!! I'm not kidding. I offer free room and board to silversmiths--and you can bring your tools! :-)

ckdowns said...

Care, you can even bring your kitty ears....and watch the ducks learn to fly!

CarolynArtist said...

Caroline I would LOVE to be there and watch them fly away. Will you cry when they go?
Hmmm, you are tempting...did you hear that ladies? Bring our own tools, BYOT? :P Would there be chocolate and coffee?

CarolynArtist said...
