then he rolled over and told me he was up till 3am watching movies downstairs. Soooo...I'll be making my own coffee this morning. It's the beginning of our Independence Day weekend and most folks are home or on vaca. If I start hammering now the neighbors might form a sort of posse.
I'll just work on filing my latest project, there's something sweet about old school jewelry filing in lieu of using the dremel/power tools.
i have no pictures to show you... yesterday I made a special spinner for a special lady of the Prairie who grows her own poppies and other pretties.
should i do a sale or just take the long weekend in stride? i dunno...Etsy bill is due...
I will probably make the vlog tut I have been promising Ms Pam for a while now...first I need to wave a very magical purty stick over my bad self!

Care - could you hand me that purty stick like a baton in a relay race?
I've been working on a mixed metal bracelet for what seems like forever, I'm going to kick it into high gear and see if I can't get it done over the weekend(its been a really good practice for my soldering abilities). Then I'm moving onto a blue chalcedony ring for me (the fun part about learning is right now everything I make is for me or family/friends).
Can't wait to see what you learn in your classes (I really want to see hinges- I thought of a million ideas for your boxes/vessels the other day- first lock of baby hair, engagement ring inside-the boxes would be wonderful heirloom pieces). Ending world's longest comment- I'm late for work!! Have a good one.
I wouldnt mind a swish of the purty stick right now! How bout the skinny stick ? You got one of those hanging round over there ?

John grabbed me in the side one night in his sleep thinking I was the stick in his airplane - how romantic:<} I think I talk in my sleep but have no proof - he snores so loud he wouldn't hear me anyway..Happy 4th and remember WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE.
When y'all are finished, I'd love a little shake from the purty stick & the skinny stick. I'll give it back...........eventually.
